Don't order they don't deliver, what does come is late. 1/2 my order never came, they say It did. £300 later I have new tyres and 2 of the four this german lot sent from Poland. I have no use for them now. Stay well away.

In the middle of having an absolute nightmare dealing with this lot. Firstly, I placed the order stupidly thinking i was buying from a UK based company as they use .co.uk,WRONG!!!!!!! however there not they are in GERMANY. So they have tricked me there. NICE JOB. If Ihad know they were based there then i would not have placed the ordered with them. I did not want to wait 10 days for delivery and if parts where incorrect its a headache to send back, I eventually it arrived great 10 days later. Hooray! short lived, Unfortunatly as the order wasn't packaged to travel 1 item is broken Now it seems I'm getting stalling Tactics with Robots as per previous REVIEWS. Keep watching this space, I'm sure I'll be Updating

Purchased some front windscreen wipers for my car via the website. Entered what my car was and the website listed all the compatible wipers. Purchased some. Delivery took quite a long time. When they eventually arrived tried to fit them to my car and they don't fit. Contacted customer services and explained that I had used there make and model search tool to find the correct wipers only to be told it doesn't work very well and I should have emailed customer services to check!!! It didn't state this anywhere when I was purchasing. I asked for a refund / send them back only to be told that I would have to pay for the postage back! It's not even my fault! It's the fault of the companies website not explaining their system does not work! So now I'm in a battle with customer services to get free postage for a return which is their fault! This is extremely poor customer service. I am never using this company again and would advise everyone to do the same!

After 3-4 weeks waiting I still haven't received my goods and despite repeated requests for a refund, I am still waiting for that also. I ordered an O2 sensor online on 21/5/19 paying £56.17, which was taken immediately. Delivery was supposed to be 4-5 working days. By 3/6/19, it had not arrived and according to their parcel tracking was shown as 'in transit' from 24/5/19. As of 17/6/19, the goods are still shown as 'in transit'. I cancelled the order and requested a refund. Their response was to tell me to make my own enquiries with the shipping company and to say they would only refund me when they get their goods back. As I haven't had the goods, I cant return them. And as they haven't been delivered, I cant refuse to accept the delivery. I have requested a refund numerous times only for them to say they will refund when they get the goods back or following an investigation with the shipping company. The reviews of this company on their website appear exclusively positive. Clearly they do not post any of the negative reviews which can be found on independent websites. For your info, despite being called buycarparts.co.uk, they are actually a German company. BUYER BEWARE.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is not a reputable company. Having ordered and incorrect part in November 2018, 5 months on and the issue is still unresolved. I was advised to return both parts and reorder, which is what I did. Unfortunately the company did not accept one of the returned items, so I asked them to send it back to me with my new order. - they failed to do this. I was advised not to accept delivery of the replacement part I ordered, which I did, then has to wait a further 4 weeks to have the same part delivered back to me - hopefully with the original incorrect part I first ordered, but they did not accept. As you can guess- the original part was not in the box and the company refused to accept liability. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There seem to be a lot of people, No one taking charge or helping sort customer complaints. I sent several emails asking to speak to a senior person, but to no avail.

Never ever again - once bitten, twice shy! Parts are cheaper than other suppliers, but nowhere on the website order page does it tell you that parts will take two days to be dispatched, and more than eight days to arrive; how many more days God knows, I'm still waiting. And they use the slow and impossible to productively contact DPD as courier.

Firstly they are not a UK company, any problems caused by them will not get resolved as the onus is on the customer to pay carriage costs....... to Germany! Except if you’ve fitted the part they said would fit and it doesn’t. In that case tough, you tried to fit it so it’s your fault they send the wrong part. Ordered an air filter using the in site Manufactuerer/Model search. It didn’t fit and after 9 emails, where they told me that their search system is not always ‘correct’ buycarparts.co.uk support decided that the best course of action was ; Xxxxxxx (Support) Feb 21, 21:23 EET Dear , unfortunately, we cannot pay for postage back, as you declined Safe Order option, which allows to return for free. Mentioned air filter is not that expensive, so probably beeter to sell it on Ebay. Or keep. Because shipping back to Germany will be more expensive. Will you send back? Or we can close this claim? Complete shambles. I was sent the incorrect version of the part, also wrong manufacturer. Then demanded multiple sets of the same photographs to prove the mistake and failed to reply. Returned the incorrect part at my expense and still no refund. Truly unprofessional chaotic mess, best avoided.

Absolute nightmare with this company - avoid at all cost. They messed up all the shipping info and didnt reply to my email for over a week. They then obscured the returns process for over 7 weeks. Very importantly they are a based in germany, ship from germany, and you are signing a german comsumer agreement when you buy. This is absolutely without knowlege as they market themselves as a UK company. If you have an issue with your delivery or a return you're going to have a fight on your hands to get your money returned or your item returned - it's taken me nearly two months of constant emails. Although they replied to my emails with formality (over 40!) they refused to give me info on returns policy, returns tracking numbers or any helpful information at all. They deliberately obscured the returms process for weeks. Do not give these jokers your hard earned cash! They are not based in the uk and you're not protected by uk consumer law!!!

This company leads you to believe they are in the Uk but they are in Germany, despatch took three days and delivery took over a week and my order was short. Avoid this site or you will be disappointed.

I ordered my parts on 13 Aug 2018 and they finally arrived on 22 Aug 2018. Having emailed several times for an update as to where my order was I received no reply. I tried to cancel my order but couldn't as they informed me it had just left the warehouse so I had to wait till it finally arrived. Yes there may be a small saving on this site compared to others but take my advice and SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!

Wrong Part sent and then they want me to pay for return postage for their mistake. Absolutely terrible terrible service. Why should I pay for their error. I've ordered the part from another company. Would never recommend.

Sent a headlight after a week of waiting for a clutch. Now I have no car! Their contact numbers just leave you on hold indeterminately and their complaints form doesn't get a response. Lucky I paid through paypal, so they should refund me!

Great prices, delivered as quoted, tracking system, day by day updates on my email and day of delivery was given time it would be delivered whixh was handy. Many brands available fro. High quality to cheaper brands but in my opinion the higher brands i.e Bosch is priced cheaper than many other places! And Bosch quality speaks for itself. One thing I would say may be the website needs to made abit easier to use as in searching parts but does not put me off. Recommend to use these guys for sure.

Sounds like you may work for Autodoc GmbH - the German company that owns buycarparts.co.uk. What you dont realise is that you're signing a German consumer contract on the website. They ship from Germany - which will take over a week. Thing is - you're not told this . This makes returns or issues nearly impossible to deal with as many of these reviews have shown.

I ordered a part for my Mercedes Sprinter which according to this website fits my vehicle. It didn't fit my vehicle, so I browsed through the website and I ordered the right one. I had it after 9 working days on 3-4 day service. When I asked who covers delivery and wrongly suggested parts ..... after exchanging six e-mails and answering questions like 'power of the engine in HP and KW' ..... I got the answer .... they will refund the part (worth £12), but I cover the delivery of £8 plus sending the wrong part back (about £15). I tossed the part in the bin. Avoid these time and money wasters!

Company is not based in the UK despite their web address inferring it is. It took a week before even dispatching my item then an extended period to get to me from Germany. Same thing is on Amazon prime for £3 more. Should have ordered from there. Customer service has been next to useless.

Very unprofessional . I ordered a part and than day after I had an email saying its not in stock. They said they can source it in 4-6 weeks. I didn't accept it and asked for a refund. They stopped replying my emails. In the meantime I had to buy the parts elsewhere to be able to fix my car. I'm still chasing my refund. I wish I checked the reviews before buying from them. They replied on my Trust pilot review saying that the problem has been resolved. Another story

I urge you all not to use this company trading supposedly from a UK Website when in fact they are based in Germany Therefore the parts take much longer to arrive. According to their website the kart was compatible with my car and it was not. They were completely inflexible when it came to resolving the matter. So please take care and only order parts from a true uk company.

Just like many of the other reviews, after 10 days my parts still hadn't reached the UK from Germany. When in the UK and you buy from a ".co.uk" company you expect to get parts within a few days when showing in stock. I have no idea when I'm getting the parts and have had absolutely no correspondence or apology from the company. It does make a difference if you get regular updates when there's a problem, at least you feel it's being dealt with. Not so in this case. They obviously can't value their customers. I'll never use BuyCarParts again ever, that's for certain.

Hi, thanks for the review. I've just spent an awful lot of money with this company, my money came out straight the way. I have sent them my VIN number to Chech parts are correct to make sure. I must have sent 15 emails and just get fobbed off with one line answers. They haven't said the goods have been dispatched yet, i don't no whether to try and cancel or just keep hanging on. I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and found the whole ordeal really stressful i do hope i don't lose all my money. i did use PayPal i do hope that can help me. if anyone has any advice id surely appreciate it.
