After being advised by numerous friends family and golf forum members to get any work I needed doing on my mk5 golf 2.0 gttdi I went down as I needed my intercooler o rings replacing upon arrival outside I got talking to one of the guys working there and almost straight away I felt at ease as he answered every question I had instantly which in my opinion shows an amazing amount of knowledge and experience then I went inside the reception area where I was greeted by John who after me explaining what I thought was wrong with my car immediately put it on the diagnostics so we could get some idea of what was going on then came back and explained what was actually wrong all of this he did FREE OF CHARGE!!! And I'm now booked in on Wednesday to have the problem rectified so on a whole I am another one of many happy customers BIG THUMBS UP AWESOME :-) Dean
