I ordered two items, agreed delivery arrangements and paid by credit card over the phone. I was subsequently advised by email that one of the parts was not available. This seemed strange as I had previously been advised that both parts were available. Only one part arrived although I was charged for both. Despite 3 phone calls and 3 emails, to which I have not had the curtsey of a single response, I have still not been refunded the money owed to me. I will now have to pursue via my credit card provider. I'll not be bothering with Parts Gateway in the future - not worth the hassle!
