The service from this company was 2nd to none, but they will give you a price and then barter down from that point just the same as their competitors, no 'selling fees' like others but if they are bartering you down enough there is no real difference. The guy on the day was sound, knew his stuff and in my case had multiple reasons to barter the car further to be fair so all in all relatively happy.

Extremely happy with the whole experience. You fill in the online form they get back to you with a phone call but they don't give you the hard sell they just ask some questions about your vehicle and give you an honest valuation not the hyped up valuations you get from the usual car buyers. What they offered they paid. Rang them Wednesday picked the car up Friday. Immediate payment into your bank. Thank you !

Very fast and friendly service. I was given less at the inspection than initial email quote but there were few reasonable reasons for that.

I like some others that have left a review was not prepared for a lower offer after the man on the phone went on about the other sites that will knock you down on inspection etc. To me an offer was an offer and I made them stick to it as this was the only reason I allowed them to come round even though he tried his best to get me to agree to their revised price. I enquired late afternoon and following the offer via the phone they came the same evening as promised despite me being a good drive from them. They don't charge any admin fees and no fee to pay the money into the bank as he turned up with a wad of cash. So if you can be firm and make them stick to their offer then do it is what I would say and don't be afraid or give in to them. I was prepared to send him back without my vehicle so stick to your guns. Sad to see my old girl being driven away but another good point is that with them not being local to me I shouldn't see my old girl being driven about by someone else. Good all round service once you get them to pay what's offered.

I had an old car which wasn't going to pass it's MOT and I wanted rid. They answered my email within the hour and came to pick up the car an hour later. Paid what they had quoted and I got extra for the radio! Polite and no issues.

Four and a half star service. Be prepared to haggle despite the promise. Seemed to be pleasant people. A home pick-up service is helpful. Chap arrived with a loader so must have been optimistic.

I am disappointing that I was told 'the valuation we give you over the phone is what we'll pay for your vehicle on the day, not like others' and then on the day they did the exact opposite and offered less for the car. I don't so much mind that they offered less on inspection than quoted, it was more that I was promised and promised that they wouldn't do that and then they did... That aside, I was happy with the service I received. Everyone was polite and helpful, I didn't have to go anywhere, they came to me. The reasons given for the reduced offer were made clearly and were valid. The BACS tranfer was immediate. I would recommend them to a friend but I would also add to expect the offer to be reduced, no matter what they say prior to attending.

Quick and easy to deal with. Quoted over the phone. A bit of inevitable dealing on the day but quick to come to an agreement and transaction done within 30mins - which was great as we were in a hurry to get a new car we'd previously seen and agreed upon. Not used this type of service before but I was pleasantly surprised.
