I can now vouch for Car buying websites to sell our cars after selling 3, all to 3 different companies- wewantanycar, webuyanycar and carbuyingmachine in the past 6 months. Bye bye to auto trader and private sales, phone calls, haggles, test drives and having to give a sales pitch. I sell cars the way I like to buy them (motorpoint, cargiant). You pay the price on the sticker. No haggles, no pressure and no sales pitch. webiyanycar goes through the car with paint density checking instrument. so if your has been repainted then Wewantanycar. Again if many minor dents or scratches wewantanycar. If immaculate like my range rover was then webuyanycar who offered the best price in the country compared to 7 other Carbuying websites. Do your homework, have a price in mind and be ready to walk away if you are not sure.

“Easy friendly sale of vw transporter ”

I tried WBAV to see what I could get as a minimum for my Y reg transporter and whilst the online valuation is for a pristine, showroom example my final offer was good. Weighing up selling privately I considered the cost of an advert, having people phoning and visiting, and then the inevitable haggling I decided it was easier to sell with WBAV. I think I could have achieved £2800 privately, but I went for the offer of £2300. This is a fair drop, but no wasting time with people not showing and the money is paid quickly and easily.

“Service Just as Advertised”

The online quotation they gave me was good market price. The van was in good condition but had a couple of cosmetic flaws which I expected to lower th offer on inspection. I was pleasantly suprised that the cosmetic flaws were noticed and the reduction was equal or possibly less than it would have cost me to rectify them. Overall a very convenient way to dispose of a vehicle.

“So Easy, Would recommend, ”

Nice people to do business with! Fast and friendly service, Easier then taking to the auctions. Price offered was a reasonable trade in price which was more than some traders was offering. Price deducted for poor body work but thats about it, told them of a couple of minor mechanicle issues but it was just bodywork they was interested in. Realy happy with the service.

“sold Vivaro 2.5 van”

Everything worked as explained on web site. no problems. I sold a good van in excellent condition so didn't expect any haggling, and didn't get any. Money was paid as agreed 4 days later. I wasn't keen on their self billing invoicing, I invoiced them myself as a VAT registered company, the operative signed it ok, which does have my own terms and conditions printed.. ie property title remains with us until paid for in full. But the payment went through no issues. It just worked well for me.

“It Was Just What I Expected”

My Peugeot Bipper van was almost faultless - no dents, just a few small bits of paintwork needed touching up but it's a working van & nothing to worry about. Fully ply lined which was clean so it hadn't carried dirty stuff at all. New battery (when I bought van the original battery had been swapped, only found out 6 months later), good tyres & it drove superbly, I loved driving it. I didn't need it any more so wanted to sell it. WeBuyAnyVan gave a figure over phone. Not a good one but I was in a hurry so went to Chelmsford office. The 'not good' price was then reduced! If I had time I wld have refused but with a months holiday away & parking space a crucial factor I sadly accepted the figure. Ok, I wasn't pleased with the price but WeBuyAnyVan are running a business. The van earned its bread while I had it so I'm not crying over it. That's life. I'll try not to use WeBuyAnyVan in future but if the convenience outweighs the financial consideration then I will.

“quick and easy sale, the Oldham branch.”

dealt with the Oldham office, the advisor was easy to deal with, the sale went through and I received payment the next day. I got close to what I wanted, so no complaints. When you get your valuation online, that is for vehicles that are unmarked, that could go direct onto a forecourt for sale, the only problem I had was a bit of wear on the chrome part of the rear light, and they knocked of the price to replace the whole light. So be realistic with your own valuation. There is no hard sell and if you are not happy you can just drive away.

“2005 Fort Transit ”

I was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to sell my van. I got a quote online, which I thought was very fair. I had an appointment for a Sunday morning, and the gentleman who I was to see gave me a courtesy call a few days earlier. When I arrived, I met with him and he had a look over the van. I expected the offer to be dropped quite a lot, but I have to say, he was very fair with the deal he offered me, and I went home happy with what I had got for the van. As arranged, the money was in the bank a few days later. I would certainly recommend using this service. It was a very simple process, and it avoided strangers coming to the house to look at my van.

“Sold van completely painless”

Entered details booked appointment. Happy with final figure £500.00 less It was not a minter so I expected this. Deal done happy chappie. Admin fee works out about the same as auto trader / eBay Plus much less hassle. Will defo use again. Karl at Bolton was very helpful. Computer was slow so it took a while Dealers were offering £300.00 less on Px. I feel I had a good experience, if your realistic with your figures then its for you

“A Very Helpful and Stress Free Service”

I found using the service extremely easy from website to contacting and using the local office. My particular vehicle wasn't listed so couldn't get an automatic evaluation figure, however the lady I contacted was very helpful, asking me to email her full details so she could discuss with HO and within a couple of days I had a figure. There were some difficulties in trying to arrange a convenient time to deliver my camper van to the local office for inspection and it was not made explicit that there would be an administration charge before I arrived, this would have been helpful to have known at the outset. However, once I had delivered the vehicle and my details put onto computer the lady made a call to HO and the figure was agreed as previously stated. The money was put into my bank within a couple of days. I was very pleased with the overall service and the lady was both pleasant and helpful.

I found the service to be friendly and helpful. I was struggling to find time to bring my vehicle down for inspection but the fella was very helpful and patient. Once I got there he made it clear he was happy to offer the price I had been quoted online. I rang around other sales garages for a better price but no one could come close. The guy at webuyanyvan.com actually rang me after my first online valuation to tell me my van had gone UP in price and they could offer more. Lovely guy and patient.

“Selling Our Old Vans”

We run a small fleet of vans and historically selling them on after 3 or 4 years has always been a bit of a hassle. We have tried various ways but it always ends up being time consuming with people not turning up, those that do offering silly money etc. So we though we would give this a go. It was really simple and quick and we feel the prices we received were fair. We have used the we buy any van twice now and when we upgrade the next 2 vans we will definitely use it again.

Our online valuations are based on a number of factors which we ask you to provide including condition, age and mileage of your car as well as the current market. If we consider that its value is affected by any aspect of its history or condition which was not apparent to us when we gave the online valuation, the price that we offer for it will differ from the online valuation.

Why do you not return phone calls from customers who use there time to go to your compounds to sell there van? If you don't want it just tell them then they can go else where and keep waiting for the return call when you have left 4 voice mails.
