The person I dealt with was personable,the initial quote got reduced because the service history had been mislaid ,there is no mention of service history when you type in for initial quote ,but to be fair we negotiated a price agreeable to both and everything moved very quickly then. Collection was at my convenience and the gentleman who collected the car was very pleasant ,once checks made and paperwork sorted money was in the bank ,faster than I had expected .I would highly reccomend
