Guy is a tight git. I was looking to buy a rear lamp for a Jaguar XK and he had a damaged one for £146, I sent an offer for £120 and he returned the offer as £145.

Also noticed for a one in good condition the price was at £250 however after myself showing interest the price for this particular item shot up to £995! That’s 1/10 of what the cars worth just for a brake light!!

A tight threatening bully of a man who should be avoided at all costs unless you’re desperate for a part, we should all report his account on eBay as it’s ridiculous if you leave a bad review he threatens to take you to court!

No other words but to C U Next Tuesday

Charged Me Fee For Sending Me Wrong Part

After asking for fog lights for an x-type making it very clear this was the facelift, constantly telling me you would be okay he sent me the wrong part. When I returned I was charged a 25% restocking fee for his error. When I kept calling up he told me that accounts would sort it. Naturally this never happened, he then said if I called again he would not tolerate repeat phone calls. He just fobbed me off, told me cheques were in the post… this was a while ago and was a lot of money to be back then!!!!!

Very strange customer service policy, refused to sell me an item on ebay due to the fact I have left bad feedback (deserved) for other ebay sellers. We purchase some 300 items a year off ebay and rarely have any issues. guys attitude is appauling. I hope his next jobby is a hedgehog.

I Bought A Wheel And Tyre Off Ebay And Arranged To

I bought a wheel and tyre off eBay and arranged to pick it up from his unit. When I got there, the unit was locked. I rang him and he refused to let have the wheel. After I went home, the threats online started. He forced me to leave 'good' feedback on eBay or he said he'd take legal action against me. The man is total bully and a complete shark.

Looking into his history, he has traded like this for years. There is a huge 26 page thread about him on Jaguar Forums. 

Just avoid him and buy from somebody reputable.

Don't Deal With Them

I ordered reversing sensors for my Jag and they were advertised as OEM and I paid OEM money for them

When they arrived they were a cheap Chinese knock off.

Jo Jags asked for them back and then refused to refund me the money. Then it was just abuse over the phone when I complained.

Never, never deal with this company.

ordered some headlights on eBay,weren't good quality,paid £25 to return them. He then said they were damaged when he received them back and sent me court papers demanding I pay for them even though he'd given me a refund via eBay and he had the headlights back. Think he needs to be reported to someone....any ideas?

Simply The Worst

Bout sensor which failed after a few miles. the person I dealt with sent another which was ok. Then sent me a summons for not returning the faulty item. Refused to cancel it and very bad attitude. Court said contact jo jags to deal with it and they refused to talk and said contact court. They just want to cause people trouble. Don't risk it buy elsewhere.

Great Service

After trying to find a rear sub-frame for our 17-year old Jaguar for about 4 weeks, I saw one advertised on Ebay, and the dealer was named as Jo Jags, so I rang them and was assured that it was the correct one. They sent it to me, and it arrived within two days, very well-wrapped, and it was the right one. It's just been fitted locally, and we're absolutely delighted. Well done to Jo Jags for their help.

1 got my xtype serviced with them 3 years ago and i come back every year, ive bought parts for my car and have always been happy with the service and goods i purchase, if it wasnt for jojags i wouldnt have a car on the road! simple!

dont know how he does it but he knows his stuff and no one touches his knowledge of jags!
