Having been recommended to contact this company I was surprised to see the negative feedback and approached with caution. However, the part for my Jag Sov was unavailable anywhere else so with further positive comments from my friend based on over 10 years of doing business with them I took a punt. So glad I did, the owner sourced the part, packed it beautifully to avoid damage and it was with me within 48 hrs. He even advised on fitting and assured me that if it was the wrong part (there was some debate at the time) that he would replace it FOC or refund the cost. Helpful and prompt service and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you!
