Their service is terrible, firstly I had ordered an headphone I knew and wanted because I broke mines, after I paid, they told me they don't have it in stock and showed me an alternative at a higher price but said I wouldn't have to pay anymore than what I had. Went I seen the delivery then sent me rubbish, uncomfortable headphones and it was nothing like the image that they promised me, in fact it was even the wrong colour. Overall they need to sort out their service that was just disgraceful.
