i placed an order on a thursday paying for next day delivery expecting delivery on a saturday as my order was late.
when my order details arrived it said delivery monday. when i phoned to ask why I had no sense from the person on the other end and he put the phone down on me, when i called back i spoke to somthing else (peter) who was no better

Item purchased on Thursday evening for a Next working Day Delivery, As stated we despatched the goods on Friday for delivery on Monday. A very arrogant and rude customers called on Saturday and berated us as to the delay as we apparently live in a society where there is no weekends and retailers are expected to work & days a week. Customer then began to use abusive language . We will not tolerate profanity.

yes i did call the person a t pot (and that was all), and did apologise, however I the person did call me back twice and use far worse to me, it also must be noted that we do live in a society where weekend and night work is common place.
