Easy To Look Good

We have an old laser printer that can print medium quality pics of family in seconds. The frame is durable and a snap to load and assemble. It is not studio quality but at its price and speed, for family memories it is perfect. I liked the fact it is hard to mess up. I disliked the canvas but it is very sturdy.

I Liked The Picture

I printed pictures on my HP Inkjet printer. They came out beautiful. I printed pictures with people's faces and beautiful landscapes. I just had to learn that there is a front and back to the canvas. I will be donating some of my photos to be used for a raffle.

Print Quality Poor

I too attended the Home and Garden Show in Minneapolis Feb. 28th. $100 for 5 sets of three 8.5 x 11" canvas pieces. I too have a Canon Pixma printer that prints beautiful pictures. I was assuming I was missing a step but have followed each instruction. The color on this canvas looks totally faded. What a disappointment.

I liked the demonstration and how they decorated with their display. I watched the demo as they printed on their printer. The pict

Canvas they printed looked good. Was it a laser printer?

Smart Living Photo Kit...terrible Value

I bought the Smart Living Canvas Frame kit it at a home and garden show in St Paul. I paid $100 for 5 3 frame kits. Photo print quality on the included canvas paper is poor at best, even at the highest print and I use a Canon Pixma, a very good photo ink jet. One of the boxes didn't even include the 3 sheets of canvas. They sell this by saying it's the same prints you see in stores at the mall. This is not true. Print and art shops use Giclee prints which is much higher quality than what you can produce on an inkjet printer for home use. After you put your photo in the frame and fold back the edges, you lose much of the picture. I would only use these frames for snap shots, not anything artistic, The frames are poorly made. In one instance I had two of the snaps that hold the frames together snap right off just by folding them in position as described in the instructions. Not recommended!

Terrible Print Quality

I purchased the this item at The Washington State Fair in Puyallup, Washington. The samples on the walls were sharp and beautiful. I have a printer that is especially made to print high quality photos.

The demonstration excited me. So I bought into The "FOR TODAY ONLY" package deal of 6 3-frame kits for over $100. (When I returned to the Fair a few days later they were still selling that deal.)

MY COMPLAINT: THE PRINT QUALITY ON THE INCLUDED CANVASES IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! AND I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS EXACTLY.

The frames work well. But I will have to frame pre-printed, purchased fabric art.
