We had two images printed, one of which arrived in great condition. the other, a 30x40 print arrived with the canvas hanging slack in its frame and the frame wracked, so it won't hang flat on the wall. When we contacted the company we were asked to send a picture of the issue via email. After 10 days, we have not heard back from anyone. We would not recommend this service to any of our friends and feel like that was money wasted.

“Still haven't gotten my print and can no get ahold og...”

I have been trying to get my canvas print for 3 weeks. I send emails and get no response, I call only to get hung up on. Spend the extra money to deal with a real company.

After I wrote this review Someone finally reached out to me apologizing for the wait, and told me it would reach me 2/16 at the latest. It came 2/17. When I did get it I was very impressed with the quality and packing of the camvas. I am unsure if I will use them again or not, but the craftsmanship heavily outweighs the customer service. My new rating in 3 stars

It say the review is written on 10/02/2016. Is it coming from the future?

Have not received my order yet, but uploaded photo's on Monday, the 14th, got an email on Tuesday stating they were shipped with a tracking number, and they are due for delivery on Monday the 21st. Did verify it was actually sent. Have not seen them, but so far, the customer service, all automated, has been great.

Ordered a Christmas gift of a landscape photo,order arrived just before Christmas, completely overexposed, terrible color rendition completely unpresentable, Phone calls where useless always hangups with no one answering; email went unanswered I contacted paypal and finally got a reply from CanvasDiscount they agreed to make a replacement always with " As soon as Possible" finally after one month received replacement which was an improvement on the first copy but was a extremely poor rendition of the file I sent them. shadows to dark, colors wrong greens gone I had the same file done by Cosco and it came out perfect so I know the file was correct. Do not waste your money or time on this Discount media. When you go to the effort to make a great photo have it developed by a quality Service this is not Quality by any stretch...

“They changes my order and ruined the quality of the photo”

I made an order in november and they turned out beautifully. When i placed a second order for Christmas presents they repositioned the photos and the color quality and over all setting of the photos were ruined. THESE WERE PRESENTS. When I called them the calls always disconnects and I have called plenty. I then sent them an email and still ko response. Very upsetting and disappointed considering the money spent.

“Awful Image Reproduction ”

I ordered two separate style of photo canvases. One rich, vibrant, fall image and one couples portrait from early summer. Both canvases, ordered separately and a month or so apart, were flat, washed out, with horrible tints and hues that made both products good for one thing: the burn pile. You get what you pay for, and that was my mistake, thinking this cheap, poor quality, discount company would be as good as or better than the high quality companies I've used in the past. It's like shopping at Dollar Tree, thinking you're going to get Department Store quality. Doesn't happen. Professional photographers beware, don't waste your hard earned cash on this low end, image ruining, company.

“Washed out ”

These canvases were washed out and horrible. I reordered from canvas4life and while I paid more, they were beautiful. Plus customer service states 9-5 but they are only open from11-4 and when you actually do get time to call, they cut you off and hang up after three rotations of their message. I would upload a picture of both versions (canvas discount and canvas 4 life) but this site doesn't allow for photos. My two cents...DON'T DO IT. If the price is too good to be true- then it's not true.

“Horrible Customer Service and Mediocre Canvases”

Someone is padding this company's ratings because I haven't found one person who is satisfied with their service or products. They don't deliver on time. The canvases are poorly stretched on the frame and the color is substandard. Pay the extra money and use another company. If you have a problem, they won't answer your email or your calls. They should not be allowed to operate.

“Canvas came way too faded”

So disappointed in this product. The pictures were of my daughters wedding done by a professional photographer in high resolution. The canvas reproductions that came back were so faded you would have thought that they were taken with a softening lens. While the prices were great and delivery was in time for Christmas they are unusable. I would be embarrassed to give they as a gift. Would not recommend them again.

“Service lacks customer attention”

I've ordered canvases from this company many times, and while the product was good, it lacks customer service. My latest experience has been extremely disappointing. While the website promotes shipment within 24 hours of order, it took 6 days to receive an email from Canvas Discount confirming shipment. After various calls and emails with little follow through, the order is scheduled to arrive 14 days after purchase. It's not a big deal but the fact that customer service has been non existent, it makes a loyal customer think twice about ordering from this company in the future.

i have the same situation i ordered on 12/16/15 and still didn't get any confirmation on the shipping and my truck number. was trying to contact them but no answer. don't know should i wait more or complain to the google trust

“Canvas Discount - waste of time and money. Horrible...”

I ordered 7 canvas prints. The photographs that I uploaded where from a professional photographer and were of high quality and resolution. The shipment from Canvas Discount arrived and all the canvases were over-exposed and totally washed out. The faces were so pale, there was no definition. You saw a nose, mouth and eyes but everything else was pale and no dimension. Brown hair was pale yellow. I called and emailed. Finally I got a hold of customer service. They looked at the pictures I sent and agreed that the canvases that they sent were not acceptable. They said they would re-print and re-ship. A week later I received new canvases. Worse than the first shipment. Even the black gallery edge was not good. In places the photo wrapped around the edge almost half way into the black 1 1/2 inch edge. Now it is a week before Christmas. One month from the placement of the order. I have to find another company to re-make all my canvases and ship them overnight so my family will have their Christmas presents. It is costing me much more money because of the extra shipping charges. Canvas Discount will not compensate for this extra cost to me. Canvas Discount and Best Canvas are the same company and have sell super poor quality canvas prints. Total waste of money and time. December 18, 2015.

“Christmas Delivery Promise - False! Horrible Customer...”

I ordered several canvases for Christmas gifts BECAUSE Canvas Discount was advertising canvases to be received by Christmas Eve. I placed my order on the 14th. I got an email yesterday showing my order had been shipped. I checked the delivery date and it is December 29th! I attempted to call several times, the phone just disconnects after several minutes on hold.  there is no place for an online chat. I sent multiple emails with no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

“Printed canvas of photo wrong color, won't respond to...”

About a month ago, I ordered a photo of a painting (my own) to be printed on a large canvas, for a client. It was of Kona Village in Hawaii. It is a lovely painting with light purple sky and white sand. When I got it the sky was pink and the sand also looked pink. I don't think they ever looked at the original and compared it to what they printed. I called them and they told me to take a photo of the painting they send that email that to them and they would correct it. They haven't responded to 5 emails.... Jerry Edwards California

“Terrible quality and terrible customer service”

It is no wonder Canvas Discount has such high marks on this website. You cannot post negative reviews anonymously nor without a great deal of inconvenience. I received an email stating Canvas Discount was concerned about my review, and Review Centre took it down until I provided supporting evidence such as personal information, photos, copies of emails and invoices, etc. It is unfortunate that I cannot provide a recording of our telephone conversations and online chats, which was when their customer service was the most reprehensible. My original review: I'm pretty sure some of these reviews are fake. I have honestly never had a worse experience with customer service. I had a problem with checking out, and on the phone they told me to use Chrome or Mozilla, and to send a screenshot. I emailed them a screenshot and said I used Chrome and Mozilla, and then they replied to my email telling me to use Chrome or Mozilla and to send a screenshot. We had over a dozen correspondences, and they were never able to comprehend the problem. When my product arrived, it was very, very dark with a red tint, and blurry. I was going to give it as a gift, but I would be embarrassed to put it anywhere but the garbage.

This is unbelievable! I had nearly the exact experience. I order two prints of a photo I took to both be given as gifts and when they arrived they were dark, red tinted and not tack sharp as the photo was. After several back-and-forths with CS they agreed to reprint the photos and send them. I am waiting to get them as we speak. I was not impressed with the quality or service AT ALL!

I selected the highest resolution for my picture and was very disappointed with the picture. Huge pixels and no detail. $60 wasted. If they couldn't make it a good picture they should have notified me.
