I bought £500+ of camera from This store on July 6th 2017 with a promised £50 cash back.

When I came to use the camera it exhibited a major fault and needed to be returned for replacement. I was asked to send it back and the store would cover the cost of postage. In this case it came to £11.00.

The store did return a new camera which has met expectations.

However, despite sending copies of the postal receipts and repeated requests for how to claim the £50 CashBack my emails have been constantly ignored.

I find this most unsatisfactory and shall be referring my dissatisfaction to my credit card company.
