Bought a distressed camera with no lens for restoration from this "business". After 2 weeks and no camera, I emailed, but got no reply. I telephoned the office, but got an answer machine (not a good sign). Got through on mobile, but the chap said he was driving! Got through to him again about a week later and he suggested the item may have been sent to Hong Kong in error, as he sends a lot of stuff there. He would check. In the meantime, he would refund me that day or the next and if the item should turn up, would I please return. Sounded reasonable, so I agreed. Didn't hear from him again. No refund, no camera. No replies to emails and both phones permanently on answer or ringing out. After 6 weeks, emailed him that I would be taking the matter further if I didn't receive a full refund after a deadline. Of course, I heard nothing. Got in touch with my bank and instigated Chargeback process. Got my full refund today!
