Lovecases/Mobilefun

Many people who leave reviews of companies are not actually reviewing the company itself, they’re usually reviewing the product they’ve bought. You do not judge companies by the products they sell, You judge them by how they deal with customers, deliveries, queries, complaints & refunds etc., and that’s where Lovecases/Mobilefun are abjectly useless and fail miserably, not to mention being thoroughly dishonest.

In spite of numerous e-mails and telephone calls, it took almost 7-weeks to secure a refund of around £80 from them. This was despite any number of promises and excuses such as "you’ll have it in a couple of days, we’ve lost your bank details, it’s being dealt with now, there’s a hold up in our accounts, forgot to pass your details to our accounts" etc., etc., etc. And then I only got it after telling them I would not call them or send any more emails. I would simply take them to court. They even refused point blank to give me the names of their Managers or Directors so I could complain to them direct, and “accounts do not talk to the public”, apparently they don’t even have a telephone in that department!

This company shows utter contempt toward their customer. They make numerous mistakes and also break promises as easily as they make them. However in spite of that they’re still unprepared to put themselves out to speedily remedy something they’ve got wrong. You have to wait for things to be done in their time and at their convenience. You are not seen as the most important part of their business as it should be; you are regarded as a mere means to an end and an inconvenience to the smooth running it. It’s also clearly obvious the staff is under instructions from the directors and management that their valuable time must not be burdened with something as tedious and tiresome as a lowly customer!

I am convinced that had I been less persistent, I would not have seen my money and would have been given the runaround for many more months. You deal with them if you want, it’s your choice but my advice would be to give your money to a ‘reputable’ company and definitely NOT to Lovecases/Mobilefun.

If they’re dishonest in their dealings by email and over the phone, then the chances are they’ll probably be dishonest in every other aspect of their business as well. I just wish I’d read some of the damning online reviews similar to this one before I’d placed my order. I’ve learned my lesson and I hope you'll take heed of my experience so it doesn't happen to you..
