This is my second purchase from Jack the Hat Photographic and the first directly through their website. My first purchase was for replacement feet for my Induro tripod. I wasn't sure if their set would fit but their communication was first class and their friendly and helpful service shone through. When I wanted a 3 Legged Thing Quick Release Tripod Clamp I checked their website and quickly found what I wanted at a competitive price. I had no hesitation in ordering one from them and I received it the next day - job done. Thanks again: a pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.
