“very disappointing to say the least”

The book was advertised as used but in very good condition. I would not like to see what poor condition was. I am so disappointed that I will not use this site again. Original search was for a hardback and I could not see anything stating that the book was a paperback. Why that should happen is beyond me. Once bitten ......
