I was trying to log in to an account I didn't even know I had. My email address had apparently already been registered although I'd never used the account and must have registered years ago so there was no way I was ever going to pass security!! I didn't know my username or password. I even said close my account so I could re register but they wouldn't do that. I spoke to the most rude and unhelpful advisor who was basically a robot who kept repeating the same thing over and over again. Asked to complain and was then told couldn't complain as I hadn't passed verification. I said there was no reason why a manager couldn't speak to me and that I would hold as long it takes to speak to someone because on principal I thought there was no way was gonna be treated like this. Was put on hold and manager wouldn't speak to me and then advisor hung up on me and told me he was going to do so as there was nothing more he could do. I think its atrocious customer service that they would rather lose a potential customer than help me and also that they think its appropriate to hang up on a customer rather than a manager speak to me. My advice is never use sky!
