Complete rip off

Decided to play mecca bingo tonight for first time in ages. Deposited money played 3 game bought tickets for a big one the night. After the third game finished the lobby would not refresh and didn't seem to work proper so closed the app(using my ipad) and opened it again then typed login details and it said they were wrong done it again still saying they are wrong and I know they are correct. I phoned them and got told it was locked, I asked why and they said it was a problem with my address, which if there was why was it not brought up before? Then put on hold as they were going to see if I can get it unlocked. Got told I couldn't I need to send passport of driving licence. I told them I don't want to send my picture. Then I get told if I don't I can't use account nor can I get my money refunded. I only to get my money I sent my driving licence. I phoned again To complain and was told I didn't need to send passport of driving licence I could have sent birth certificate and other documents. Then I phoned few hours later to see if they received it and the progress. I'm told it has not been dealt with and the security team who deal with it is closed now and that it will take 72 hours. After pointing out I'm not happy they then said that it will probably be Wednesday it is completed. I ask how is that when that's more than 72 hours away. They tell me the security team who deals with it is closed at weekends, so I have approx 5 days instead of 3 days. I did ask why was the deposit taken and yet they are saying there is a problem with my address but got no answer for that. Another thing they did was refused to get a manager or supervisor on.

All been a waste of time.

I will not trust them again nor recommend them to anyone as they don't value customers. They just cause unnecessary problems for customers.
