I have been with Costa since the early days the site has changed and though i am still loyal to it like lots of other members I am getting more and more dissappointed with the tech issues that the site has, especially getting into reload and vip games please can you get it sorted once and for all.

Costa is good, fun and easy to use. I like the way you can interact with other players Also that there are other games I can play so I don't get bored

Have been a member since costa bingo opened in 2009 and have been set numerous times for a pjp and have never won oh and not to mention any of the promo's like pattern for prizes. I really think it has to do with being Canadian, that is why I would never recommend this site to my fellow Canadians as it just takes takes takes. The only reason why i still play is that i have numerous friends on site. Now about the VIP and having to F5 all the time you think you could fix it with the amount of money you take from your players, but you make sure you give to your favourites. I may get a win in free or in the VIP rooms once every 2 months or so if I'm in costa's good books. Find that the people that whine on there get a bingo but your loyal customers since the beginning get the shaft. This is my opinion of costa bingo.

Very often on this site , even when I have just deposited money into it, I can not access the free games , VIP games or the instant tourneys. This can not be blamed on my computer as I am a member of another bingo site and never have this problem. Positive sides are that , especially in the evenings money prizes are good and set out well.

Costa is fun but it's gambling and use loose more than you put on

a good fun site with a good pay out rate could do with more promo codes but apart from that a good friendly site .

Always have problems accessing the journeys whatever time I go onto it. Sometimes get through the first bit then wait for it to load. when I do get through I have about a minute left.Although I try and access the VIP and free games when I am funded I still get access denied(sometimes after depositing £50 or more.The good points are that I do enjoy some of your instant games but do object when I am cut off so have to start all over again. I am seriously considering finishing with you.

Costa has changed so much since it first opened. I have been there from the start. Some of the changes good but not all. I do miss some of the games. Not everyone can play during the day, so I miss the rooms that used to be available at night. There are only two room after 2 am now. So that is a down side.

Most enjoy the slots and my favorite is fluffy friends and irish luck. Jackpot bingo games are a good incentive as they are regular and VIP rooms are great as they are free and I have had a few wins there. I have been playing since 2010 when Costa was quite new but have only ever won a progressive jackpot on bingo once and was only £160 so I am dissapointed in those games as never won a good pjp in over 3 years. Same as the slots progressives it is very difficult to win a jackpot and have never won anything more than £300 and that was only once I think. A huge investment in to costa so would love some back please. I do enjoy the games but its alot of work and money for small returns. More wins please costa.
