love the site most of the time. Just wish we had the option to hide the chat when players start swearing and getting abusive

Hi Angegwyn, thanks for the great review. Sorry to hear about the issues you have found in the chat. As you know our award winning hosts are on hand to manage our rooms but there are some rooms which are not moderated.

We do not tolerate swearing and have a filter for most sware words. If someone is being abusive please report the player to live support and we will remove the player from the site. Just in case you don't already have it the email address is [email protected].
