I needed an academic diary for 2013-2014 and the one I was looking for (by Paperblanks) was out of stock everywhere online except on The Pen Company's website. I browsed their catalogue and found one I liked even better. I ordered it, not paying attention that this one was not a 2013 diary (silly me), and the next day I received an email from the staff saying, "Before we dispatch your order please could you confirm that you did intend to order a 2013 diary. We thought it best to check before we dispatch an un-wanted item." I really appreciated their concern and asked if they could indeed modify my order and send me another diary. Their reply: "The diary you originally ordered ran from January 2013-December 2013. I have therefore, changed your order as requested to the xxx diary. This runs from July 2013 to December 2014. Your order will be dispatched this afternoon by Airmail. Thank you again for your order." And I received my diary shortly thereafter. Based on my first and only experience with TPC, I can only highly recommend their services. I also really like their website and would definitely use it again.

I dropped my Lamy Quad Pen and slightly bent the tip of the pencil mechanism. This caused the pencil lead to frequently break. I asked at several stationery shops in Sydney who stocked Lamy products, but they were not able to help. I finally found the required part at The Pen Company. A further search for the specific Lamy part number showed that the prices at The Pen Company were very competitive. I was able to buy the Lamy Z61/7 Pencil Mechanism, 2 x Red Lamy M21 Mini Ball Pen refills, 2 x Blue Lamy M21 Mini Ball Pen refills and pay for postage to Sydney, Australia for less than the cost of just the pencil mechanism at other online stationery suppliers in Australia.

I received the parts 10 days after placing the order.

I'm very happy to have discovered The Pen Company and I'll buy more items from them in the future.

I adore the quality of my Faber & Castell rollerball pen, pretty and functional, it's ideal for every day yet feels super special. Service was speedy and professional. I will definitely use the Pen Company again!

My daughter wanted an orange Filofax which I managed to purchase. I thought, as she is into all things orange, an orange pen to go with the Filofax would be a nice touch. I managed to get one from the Pen Company. It arrived very quickly, was well packed and seems good quality.
