The description on item 75223 was very misleading and when queeried it with member of staff she really didnt recognise what I was saying. As it was your mistake i think the postage could at least have been wavered on the second delivery but really i shouldnt have had to pay for extra pages as your web page states that the A-Z comes with 100 sheets. I have read this three times and it deffinately leads you to thnk that the A-Z comes with 100 sheets. I am very disappointed as this is a very expensive item.

I don't work for a school, and first turned to School Stationery in preparation for a volunteer placement working with young people abroad. I was impressed with the prices, shipping, and the possibility of purchasing exercise books made of recyclable materials in the UK. I made the order at short notice and was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for departure, but i needn't have worried. Postage costs were reasonable too.

I found your website very easy to navigate and found what I was looking for very quickly. I also loved the very competitive prices! This was a huge motivation for using your site and I will use it in the future.

My only disappointment wasn't with your company but with the people who delivered my goods. I had confirmation that my order was dispatched and would be with me on Thursday between 2:30 and 3:30 pm. At 3:15 pm I received an email to say it was not possible to make the delivery as no-one was in to take the order. The order was delivered to a school! At 2:30 - 3:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon, there are always members of staff in a school!! Our office staff were in the reception area all afternoon and no-one made an attempt to deliver anything. I filled in the re-delivery email, expecting it to be delivered the next day. Apparently it arrived at 5 pm last night!!

I ordered a mop bucket which was reduced, never heard anything from School Stationary, but then received a refund via my PayPal account with no explanation. Time wasters!!
