It's been said before, but email your cancellation intentions in advance of 3 months, or you will be rolled over for another year (luckily only a year in our case), or more.
Customer retention will not allow you to escape from clause 3 even though you sign up for 12 months!!!
We were a customer of theirs for 10 years and they were having none of it. Appalling customer service. Stay away. Use a local company and read the terms and conditions carefully.
