Absolute terrible company to deal with, they are just a nightmare.
None of the flats were finished when people moved in and required a considerable amount of work, all they wanted was your money.
They fed people with false information regarding move in dates causing people to give notice on accommodation that they were in and becoming homeless and they couldn't care less.
Very poor workmanship, very poor quality materials, doors and windows all scraped, paintwork rough, plumbing rough, don't provide what they say they will and they call themselves a reputable company.
They don't want to repair anything unless you chase them to do it and even then they try to get out of it.
I would never deal with them again and this is the general feeling among the residents at Annandale street.
Builders look good compared to this mob, avoid like the plague if you want to keep your sanity.
