In my opinion the aftersales staff I have dealt with at Shanly homes are one or all of the above.

I've given them 1 star as there is no option to give them no stars.
They are without doubt the most unpleasant people it has ever been my misfortune to buy a house from.

I would recommend anyone who does purchase form these people to go through the sale contract with a fine tooth comb with a solicitor as there will be clauses in the contract which you will find hard to believe.

Covenants that require you to ask permission ,in perpetuity , (for which you will have to pay a fee)for the following;

Putting up a shed in your own garden.
Putting up a satellite dish on your own house.
putting a fence around your garden.

I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
