I've recently bought a Larkfleet home on the Buttercross Estate, my circumstances for buying were challenging to say the least, all I can say is from the sales staff, and to the site manager and his staff, all without exception have been superb. I do wonder about some of the comments, for heavens sake they're a new build of course there will be one or two issues f you don't want any then pay through the nose and go for bespoke, you'll still get issues though, that's why a snagging list exists . Maybe it's about your own attitude and how to manage your expectations
