Please ensure you have your new home professionally "snagged", and a clause put into your contract by your conveyancing solicitor prior to exchange for Larkfleet to complete all remedial defects within a reasonable timeframe. I have defects outstanding for nearly 2 years already. Please also include a clause in your contract to include your driveway to be finished and the road you live on to be completed. Also, do not rely on any sales / marketing material as you may not get what you thought you were buying
