1* is too much for this morally corrupt company

Absolutely disgusting company with NO morals. Strongly recommend to use your own solicitors as we believe the ones they encourage you to use are in cahoots with the company and do not work to your advantage but to DWH. I also recommend that you do NOT use part exchange. We had an offer with on our house and we were not notified. On the same day but later in the evening we were notified that we could no longer accept offers on the house as its too late dates wise (baring in mind during the whole process we have not had any communication regarding dates and still have no completion date). Yet the next day DWH accepted the offer on the house so we have now been left -£25,000 out of pocket (thanks to part exchange) and DWH very convenient timings and underhanded playing. We will be taking it further but I would not recommend buying from DWH and I would most definitely not recommend part exchange or use of their 'recommended solicitors'. Disgusting company who don't keep you updated with any key dates or vital information. I am sure persimmon would have better customer service that we have received from this '5* builder'.
