Bovis pushed for us to complete, we spent £550,000 on what we thought would be our dream house and we moved in to so many problems, floor needs pulling up and they will not find the full amount, the house is full of the cheapest materials, no beading around mastic that had been slapped around Windows, very untidy work, split patio doors, split internal doors, 2 months later and u get nowhere trying to get the work done, the customer service is poor, the whole street on this new development has problems in every house, and people devastated from the amount of money paid , hoping to move in and enjoy a brand new house. Sales office have no interest in us. Very upsetting and heartbreaking.
