I had purchased a plot from BBM Corp Samrrudhi Enclave last year. The complete process form registering as well as other formalities was handled smoothly by their staff. You can definitely go for them if you are looking for a reliable builder.
Although you might find the pricing to be a bit on the higher side but it is definitely worth what you are paying.

If u wanted to get return money u would've understood how bad these fellows are. This project is still not completed last four years.
