The Best Service I Could Imagine

When I had a car accident my Insurance company directed me to this garrage.All front was damaged. Luckly my car was safe to drive. They prepared my new registation plate and I could use my car till all new parts arrived to the garrage. It took nearly two weeks. My car was collected from home. I was a bit concerned, because I red revius about this garrage and saw so many negative comments. When the gentelmen came to collect my car I asked if it will be ready in one week as I have been told in the garrage. He said it should be ready. My car was collected on Tuesday afternoon and Friday afternoon the same week my car was ready to collect. I was so suprised it was fixed so quickly, very pleased with the work. All the team was very helpfull, so supportive, because it was my first accident. Very profesional and friendly. I highly recomend this garrage.

Worst Service I Have Ever Received!

Awful service, my car was taken in for a simple 3 day repair which I was told they had pre ordered the part I got it back 3 weeks later! Firstly they didn't have a car and I paid £200 per day for one through a rental company which they didn't tell me about until after. I turned up at the work shop twice to see my car in bits over two weeks on and every time they lied to me.

I wish I had read reviews and would strongly advise you not to use them as the work was rushed and Not good at all.

Delay Upon Delay!

After an accident in my company car resulting in repairs being required to a rear wheel arch and door (not a major incident!). The original repair was scheduled for 2-3 weeks from the ok. With just a matter of days before the repair was due to commence I was advised that the repair was being put back almost a month due to a delay in the parts having to come from Germany. The time for the repair was quoted as 5 - 10 working days, however, just been advised they are STILL AWAITING PARTS after the car has been with them 9 of the quoted 10 working days ON TOP of the original delay of nearly a month. Communication has been very poor on a number of occassions and I had to progress chase this 2-3 times before getting some response but still not a response with any clear answer. This is on top of having to change their loan car after 4 days without being advised previously that this would be the case (and after just refueling the car) that I would have to switch to a much smaller car. Original repair was originally scheduled a month ago delayed because of parts (this is a standard common Audi not a Ferrari or Lamborghini!), now July 6 with still no idea of when I can get my car back!! Now nearly 3 months and counting with a damaged car with no end in sight....

UPDATE: Now it is August 1st (Day 27 and counting since my car was left with them and on top of the 4 week postponement for the original start date for repair)... Now a problem with the door panel received...It is now 9 weeks from the original date for repair and still not sure when I will get my car back....am I being unreasonable bearing in mind this repair was to take 5-10 working days? Be prepared for very lengthy delays!! Bearing in mind it is a late 2016 model Audi why are parts so difficult to get here?.....

Never Use This Garage

They never get back to you when chasing ETA or the workshop give wrong dates. When I eventually got my vehicle back the repair was not fully done. Took nearly 6 months to complete this repair. The reception team are always friendly and helpfully but seem to be let down by the parts and workshop departments not getting back to them. The Paint work repair was good but parts where missing and is now taking ages to get the part to complete it.

Totally agree....my car repair was delayed a month because of parts....and after the car being with them 9 of the 10 working days quoted, just been advised that still awaiting parts! I had to chase this....Absolutely ridiculous...been waiting nearly 3 months from the ok to get this car repaired...been with them 2 weeks and still not clear on when I get my car back. (Not major accident....but if it was, how much longer will it have taken?)

Stay Away From This Garage

I was fobbed off for the duration of repairs to my vehicle, what should have been a 2 week repair turned into a 2 month repair! You get promised call backs & completion dates but no-one gets back to you. Incompetent staff!

I can well believe it, have experienced the very same....my company car repair (and therefore vital for my work) was delayed a month because of parts....and after the car now being with them 9 of the 10 working days quoted, just been advised that they are still awaiting parts! I had to chase this....Absolutely ridiculous...been waiting nearly 3 months from the ok to get this car repaired...car has been with them 2 weeks and still not clear on when I get my car back. Not major accident damage....but if it was, how much longer will it have taken?) Not to mention that the loan car had to be changed after 4 days (not previously advised they were going to do this) and was just on the point of filling the fuel tank for the week!.....

Omg!!!!!!

I had my car taken to WBC after an accident happened, it took 7 weeks to start repairs to my vehicle, I think I spoke to chap called him twice both with different excuses, last one was back order on parts!!! So I called the local VW dealer to find out! ALL PARTS IN STOCK!!! they told me there on stop what ever that means so why am i being lied to!

I just want my car back!!!!!

Load Of Rubbish!

Shoddy slow service. Had my car a month to repair a light and then came back with more damage. Very poor customer service to the point they accused me of damaging my own car. NEVER USE THEM!!

My car was taken to the new WBC in warmley Wright

From the first phone call from them arranging to recover it ion there truck to the handover back to me from there spinning inspection turntable there service was first class

VERY BIG WARNING !!!!!!!

If your car is involved in a accident and your insurance company say that they are going fix it at WBC Automotive !! Refuse and demand that it is taken else where.

These are you rights as to where your car is fixed unless you would like it repaired to a very poor standard and don't car about your car !!

just look at there own web-site ?

When a company blows there own trumpet as hard as that, there has got to be something wrong.

Or just google WBC Automotive fishponds reviews and read other comments from other sites.

Bet you cant guess with ones the staff wrote !! lol

So if you like your car and dont need loads of stress !! KEEP WELL AWAY FROM WBC AUTOMOTIVE FISHPONDS.
