Excellent Service

After having the steering wheel stolen from my BMW, I experienced nothing but hassle and delays from the Police, Insurance company, and recovery company, so my spirits and expectations were very low when my car was eventually taken to TCW in Tonbridge. However, I have been delighted from start to finish with the excellent friendly service I have received. I was told I would receive regular updates on the repairs, which was exactly what I got. When I was contacted once the work was complete, there was no problem with me keeping the courtesy car a few more days until it was convenient for me. My car was ready and waiting when I arrived, cleaned and valeted. Well done to the team at TCW, and thank you!

This Company Should Not Be Trading Please Read

This company is a joke , my insurance company AXA put my jaguar in here to have a full respray the car was only 3 years old . When I got the car delivered back I was working away ,I first drove the car 2 days later 03/04/2015 I noticed the drivers door was hitting the back door , i went to get fuel , filled it up as I pulled away I see water going over the floor But when I got out fuel was pouring out of the filler cap and surrounding area , so I took the car home. Now the worst bit in a country lane in Rochester my auto lights switch of it was 23:31 I crashed the seatbelt pulled between my body and arm and pulled it out my shoulder has had a operation on 01/07/2016 I now only have 20% use of it now . The hospital sent me to have a camera put up a archery to check my heart as the seatbelt pulled across my chest 5 hr later of having it done I had a stroke so I apologise for my grammar now .

I had 2 engineers look at the car Hoopers and Harptek Uk ltd

Hoopers found 29 problems with the car and knowing I didn’t want my car going back to them AXA told me it had to

Once I got it back

Harptek Uk ltd looked at it they found 40 problems with my car

I am suing them and they have denied responsibility and said there was a problem with my car before it went in

Damaged My Car Further

Car went in for bumper repair via insurance company had bumper done plus extra work not required also played with my electrics and battery as stated on invoice and returned my car faulty card upend even start it all warning lights on my dash . I called within 2 hours of car coming home when I went to use it and they collected it on recovery and left courtesy car. Took my vehicle to Land Rover dealer left it there with no detail as to who it belongs to or what’s wrong so I have had to call from tcw to Land Rover and try and sort this mess out . Trying to get tcw to contact Land Rover as THEY messed my car up and will be paying the repair bill . They are a body shop not mechanics and should not be touching electrics. It has been a total nightmare please don’t use this company my car is worse then when I started .

Very Poor....sometimes There Are Just No Words!! (mk Branch)

Awful, awful, awful!! Car went in for body work repair and returned one week later...it was returned with the repairs incomplete and poor quality of finish. I rejected the car, went off again, returned and still not to an acceptable level of repair...they are coming to collect the car for a third time now!! if your involved in an accident and your insurance company uses TCW to undertake the repair,say NO and request another company.

Due to the poor quality of work they do it will severely affect the valuation of your car,,,,

I had my car go to this company via my insurance company my car returned worse then when started only went in for bumper repair and came back with all warning lights on dash and would not start someone had played with the electrics in the car and being a Range Rover should not have doen ! Having called the SAME day they collected my car left me a courtesy car and took mine back to Land Rover this time to be looked at but hadent told anyone my car was coming so no one at Land Rover was aware who the car belonged to and who was paying I have had to call back and forth both the and Land Rover to try and sort this mess out and to advise Land Rover that yew will be footing the bills as they damages my car they are terrible company please please DONT use them my car has been gone over 2 weeks and will not be back with me for a further 2/3 I am appalled at what had happened only had a cracked bumper !!!! Now my car won’t even start

Appalling Shocking Heartbroken

Went in for Minor accident repair whisky it was there a tree fell on it and damaged just about every panel

They Have he's the car 3 and half months and tried to return it today

Boy joy it was in a shocking state

Greasy oil drum circles on the carpet in boot

Scratches on every panel generally amateur sloppy messy work

Loads of damage on the car from them after it went in they disputes this but I have photos of how my car looked before it went

The Worst "repairer" In The Business

It's difficult to express just how much of a joke this so called repairer is so I'll attempt to summarise things as best I can.

If they have your car, the chances are they've had it for a long time and you're sick to death of all the lies you've been told, the chasing you've had to do, most probably astounded by how poor their standards are in all respects and left in a state of sheer disbelief by how bad their latest attempt at repairing your car actually is.

If any of the above sounds familiar then the chances are you unfortunate enough to been a genuine "customer" as opposed the next illiterate member of their staff who'll post a review, most likely in CAPITAL LETTERS, stating how they received such good service and name dropping a prestigious brand of car which they had repaired there, but in reality they couldn't pronounce.

Have you managed to talk to someone there and been left wondering how somebody that sounds so utterly stupid has been entrusted to repair your car? It gets much worse.

Get your car back.

Check what else they've managed to damage.

Try to control your anger.

Make sure EVERYONE knows of the suffering they've caused you with their blatant lies and incompetent standards of their work.

Disgraceful.

Two months and we're still waiting...Jaguar UK have now taken up the case...Initially appalling workmanship, panels out of alignment and poorly finished inclusive of body filler and paint work on a two month old car. They even managed to damage car returning it the first time around. No communication and now seriously considering legal action.

I would like to put my case with yours I'm was a jaguar FXs il give you the drift not one panel line up hoppers looked at the car 29 problems , the car at the time was coming up to 3 years old the car was that bad I ended up in hospital because the auto light went of at 23:30 in a country lane

Fantastic, Wish We Could Party

My experience with TCW from start to finish was brilliant. My car was assessed as soon as I dropped it off and the quote sent to my insurers within 24hrs. The level of damage done was higher than I originally thought but this was all explained to me by the assessor. I was left without transport following the accident and a courtesy car was made available to me as soon as it became free. This was dropped off to my workplace with a full tank of fuel. When the car was stripped down for repair it was found to have a few more issues and I was contacted immediately to be informed that the parts had been ordered however this would cause a slight delay in the car being finished. I had the courtesy car until my car was fully completed and this was then delivered back to me at my workplace and the courtesy car was then taken back. I was very happy with the service provided and the timescale for repair. I was kept informed at all stages therefore I did not need to chase.

If you want to be treated like a customer should be treated, have a professional repair that is second to none, then don't go any further.

Outstanding

Had my bmw 3 series in Tcw Milton Keynes for warranty paint work, the work took longer than expected but was well worth the wait. The paint match and finish was outstanding. The staff are friendly and professional, with great customer service. Will be using again.
