Tanvic Tyre and Service Centre, Corby

Driving home from work Monday night my car unfortunately went into limp mode, I was desperate to get the car back onto the road as I needed it for the following day.

I called into Tanvic Corby at 8am in the morning and was greeted by a mechanic who ran a diagnostic check on the car, the results where it needed a replacement ERG valve,

The mechanics where all busy dealing with other customers cars but found the time to look at mine without any appointment,

They could see how desperate my situation was and after accessing the time it would take to replace the part they agreed to fit me in around their current workload

The part was delivered within the hour and was fitted almost immediately. the service was excellent all round with everyone going out of their way to make me feel very welcome, I can’t thank the team a Tanvic enough well done, if I’m unfortunate enough to have any more car trouble in the future I will have no hesitation returning, once again a massive thank you

Just been to Tanvic for the first time and was helped by Adam whose knowledge, helpfulness and politeness was second to none. He really did put himself put and it was much appreciated (having been to places in the past that were none of these!) Will definitely recommend to everyone I know. Very trustworthy and professional indeed.

The best thing about living in Corby? Tanvic Tyres. The staff are friendly, courteous and professional, they go the extra mile every time. Never any fuss, you always get a full explanation of what they've done and they give great advice. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Purchased a service card for Tanvic on the back of a flyer that came through the post, took the car down for a battery check, winter check, brake fluid change and a tracking check and adjustment. Three weeks later we to took the car for its MOT and guess what it failed on track rod ends and brakes. These were jobs that had been done, therefore I feel there is something very wrong here.

fantastic service, and friendly staff - had just bought some alloys and one of them had a bulge on the type, rang them up and were able to supply a new tyre for us, and were able to fit us in just even it meant staying a bit after work to get it done, they also fitted the rest of the alloys even though the alloys didnt come from them.

would definately go back again.

Absolutely discusting customer service broke my ka. it only went it for a routine service and they broke the engine havent had anything back from them shocking!!
