Excellent sale service as always. We always use the same salesman, as he is very nice, polite, friendly, really looks after us, listens to what we want and always comes up with the goods, at the right price and quality that we are looking for. In fact, all the salesmen and staff are very nice, not pushy at all, which we like. It's nice not to have presssure put upon us!

This is our 5th Toyota, love them, they get better and better. We started off with an Aygo, then a Yaris, another Yaris, C-HR, now another C-HR. Won't be going anywhere else and won't be having anything but a Toyota! Thank you all at Snows Toyota of Southampton, brilliant service as always.

Bought a very expensive car ordered extras that were forgotten when then fitted them it took 4 attempts and they caused more damage each visit. Incompetent unskilled and utterly awful dealer AVOID.

Booked a test drive online. Got a phone call from Snows to confirm date and time. Turned up on time for the test drive to find that the staff did not know anything about it and to make it worse the car was not there

I recently purchased a car from Snows Toyota Southampton and as someone who has owned three different models (all purchased from Toyota Dealerships in London) I have to say this experience was by far the worst. The Salesman was out to squeeze every penny he could from me (which I guess is a part of his job) but once the deal was done he really could not have cared less. Three weeks on I am still awaiting a phone call which I was promised (within three days of handover) to see how I am getting on with my new car. Oh did I mention the car interior was damaged and they simply refused to resolve this despite the fact I had just spent over £20k. Very disappointed and will never use again.

We bought an ex demo Aygo which before puchase we only saw for about five minutes when it was all dirty and unpreped as it was still being used by a staff member. We assumed that if we bought it, it would be prepared and any issues rectified. WRONG

After collecting the car when we got home we walked around the car admiring it, as you do, found a dent in the rear offside wheelarch and on the bonnet a small groups of three scratches plus another group of three chips with a small dent. Went straight back to Snows to see salesman, who by his remarks and attitude knew about them and he agreed to fix them. Numerous phone calls, visits and six weeks later it has just been repaired.

Well that is the dents have been taken out but the paint chips have just been covered up with a touch up paint by the sales manager. It looks what it is amateurish!

I have to say I completely disagree with the earlier review. I booked my Auris in for service last Wednesday and they came to my house and collected my car for me at 0830am which still allowed me time to get to work.

The car was in for a "major" service and the work was scheduled to take around 2 hours. It was agreed that if any additional work was required then they would phone me first (as I have had big service bills in the past from other dealers).

They phoned me a couple of hours later and asked if I would like to have the car dropped back home, or if it would be more convenient for me to have it delivered back to my work. Of course I said work please as it meant I didnt need to get the bus home!

The car came back lovely and clean (which makes me wonder about the other review - maybe the car was very dirty and not able to be cleaned properly)

The price I found reassuring as well considering the fact that they are a main dealer (£189) which for a major service is cheaper than most "backstreet" garage quotes I have had.

If you are looking for Toyota servicing in the Southampton area, then from personal experience may I urge everyone to avoid Snows Toyota. Given they are a main dealer, their service standards are worse than some back street, under the railway arches outfit. As expected from a main dealer, they are certainly not cheap, so you would expect a certain standard. Unfortunately they set themselves extremely low service standards, which even then they fail to achieve. They quoted an all inclusive price for brake discs/pads and charge more on the bill. Then when questioned, they argued with me, rudely and superciliously, using every excuse under the sun, even blaming Toyota UK for it. The car had to go back for them to double check the fitting work they did as well. Both times they had the car it was returned with dirty marks all over the interior and their 'complimentary car wash' left the vehicle even dirtier than when it went in. Complained to the dealer director who couldn't be less interested. Once they have your money, clearly they couldn't care less. Avoid Snows Toyota Southampton at all costs!
