Car Spraaying

My badly scratched the Jaguar was returned to me impeccably finished and to my great surprise cleaned inside and out. A superb job and at a very reasonable price.

I would without any hesitation recommend this company.

The Worst Garage I Have Ever Been Too

My car was sent to this garage after I had an accident (not my choice I have to add). The service was appalling, repairs we below standard and to top it off petrol went missing from my car whilst it was there!

I had to give it one star, I wanted to give it no stars!

My recommendation is DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!!!! Take your car anywhere but here!!

I Have Been A Loyal Customer Since I Purchased My

I have been a loyal customer since I purchased my vehicle in October 2007, regularly having my car serviced and MOT'd at either your Branksome or Christchurch Branch. Last year my vehicle developed a fault a month after the service and MOT, so I took the car to the Christchurch Branch on the 28th April 2010.

After 9 months (and having paid out £500 for unnecessary work and parts) I was told yesterday that the vehicle needed a new wiring harness and control unit. I am very unhappy about this as I was told in August that they thought this was the problem, however they dismissed this theory in September in favor of a new brake sensor.

Their customer service has been appalling. I have not received calls updating me on the situation with my car, there has been a smell of smoke in my car, and there was a sticky residue left on the bodywork of my car as well. I have not been advised as to what action has been taken by the Christchurch Dealership. I have had to ring the Dealership to find out what was going, and in general the response has been was that the car was still being tested and that they hadn't generated the fault again. So as far as the Dealership has communicated to me, I am unaware of any action being taken apart from testing.

At one point one of the senior members of staff made the comment (quote) 'It is not our fault we cannot fix your car'; a comment that I personally found insulting. I am completely astonished that my local Vauxhall main dealer is unable to rectify this problem once and for all, given that your garage is my local 'expert' and in spite of the extraordinary amount of time for which you have had the vehicle.

I would highly recommend you Take your Vehicle Elsewhere.
