Disgusted
On Saturday 26th I called AA Breakdown because my husband had a flat tyre, so we had to stop on the M4 motorway. I explained that we had a 4 year old son in the car and it was not safe on the motorway. We were told we had to wait by the M4 for over 2 hours. I am sure you would not want to be left on the motorway with a 4 year old. I am so angry that AA thought it acceptable to leave a 4 year old by the motorway. My husband had to call his bank recovery service. They arrived within 30 minutes and took us to the nearest garage. The bank even called the garage to make sure they had the car tyres needed for the car. That is what I all personal service.
I am disgusted with the treatment I received on Saturday.
AA people don't seemed to care for children. Shame on the organisation for not having any human decency.

Kind Hearted Carlos
My van broke down near Toronto during insane rush hour traffic.
I was stuck at the far right of the centre lanes in crazy heat with two dogs and no where to go.
Seven lanes across on my left and four lanes across on my right.
Angry rush hour drivers during a heat wave.
I called CAA and it took about an hour and a half for someone to pick me up not the 1/2 I was told they would be.
But..... when he arrived, Carlos my pick up guy was very very kinand concerned for my well being.
I was terrified by the dangerous lengths he had to go by in order to hook up my vehicle to his truck.
I was truly concerned for his safety while he braved the traffic on the 401 to get me out of there.
Once he had the van stablized and I was upfront in the tow truck with him he proved to be a kind man who was genuinely concerned for my well being.
We discussed several interesting topics on the way to my mechanic's place and he had no reservations about delivering me all the way to Peterborough.
All in all I hope that if you get stuck like me you 'll be lucky enough to get picked up by Carlos .

Caa Membership: My Mother, A 60-somethi
CAA membership:
My mother, a 60-something senior citizen (a perfect client for CAA!), just had a terrible experience with CAA.
My mother called CAA because she locked her keys in her car. She was at a meeting lodge at a private farm residence. It was dark, and raining, and she was soon to be alone. She called CAA, who after learning of her location, determined they would not send anyone from CAA to assist her because the "lane" or long private driveway to the meeting lodge that she was located on was not a government maintained road. They offered to send a "fee for service" towing company to assist.
What do you pay for in an annual membership fee, that a call for assistance can be so quickly dismissed as "not covered" by CAA?? How much else can be determined as "not covered by CAA" by various circumstances, and how well are these known??

Caa Brokerage - Aviva Life Insurance Sucks. I Had
CAA brokerage - Aviva life insurance sucks. I had to deal with their extremely rude and poor customer service myself recently. because of them i would never wanna deal with CAA or any of their affiliates.
I am sorry I had to deal with horrible experience. and each staff member is worse than the other. no customer complain acknowledgement, response to any of the voice messages, or confirmation of fax or calls received. all i can say is they are nice initially to get your business but once you sign the contract they will give you hassle to cancel it even at the end of term.
customer service name should be changed to something else cus definitely they dont know the meaning of it even.

Caa/aaa Is Very Good, It Has Improved Customer Su
CAA/AAA is very good, it has improved customer support and response as well as additional services and can go cross-boarder.
With great member services including an unlimited towing (on the membership plus plan), CAA/AAA is definitely the way to go.
During high-demand periods towing services, battery assist or locksmith services can be delayed considerably unfortunately though, but most times they are there within a 30 minutes to 2 hour time frame.
