Non Existent Customer Service

I placed an order back in November and never heard a word from this company for a month. I contacted them asking where my order was? Was told it was out of stock! They took the payment immediately and didn't have the customer service or awareness to let me know my item was not even in stock! Its the 15th of January and i still haven't received my order. This time they are blaming the supplier! They do not communicate at all with customers and they obviously could not care less about us! I would never ever shop with this lot again. Appalling!

Never Got My Money Back

Hi

I ordered an item and was told it was not on stock. I waited few weeks, then cancled the order. They told me that I would get my money back, but it could take 28 working days. I have never received my money. The Company does not exist anylonger. Lots os people have lost their money. They have another company called http://www.steelseal.co.uk/.

Ordered Mats For My Van

I ordered mats for may van back in May and still haven't got the items to date. I rang them a month later and they said that it wasn't in stock. I sent an e-mail and it bounced back today.I tried to contact them several times today and the line is always busy. I tried to check the website today and it has been suspended. Have they gone bust? Does anyone know?

Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

I bought a caravan awning from proppa.com priced at £210. I paid instantly by Paypal. I then heard nothing for two weeks.

Concerned, I tried numerous times to contact them via their 'live online support' function on their website, with no joy - there was never anyone on the other end. I emailed them twice, no response. Eventually, I had a phonecall saying the item was not in stock and they couldn't get hold of it. They would refund my money but it would take up to six weeks.

So therefore I was left £210 down and because they'd taken my money I couldn't buy the item I needed elsewhere. I'm still waiting for that refund.

If this terrible service wasn't enough - I then had an email from them asking for feedback. I replied, stating clearly what had happened and that their service was atrocious. As soon as I sent the email it bounced straight back - I guess no-one is reading complaints.

The thing that drops this company to the absolute depths though is that if you order something from them they offer to pay you £25 if you leave them a good review (note - not an honest review, only a good review). So therefore, you simply cannot trust the positive reviews you see on the internet, people are just doing it for their £25. Think about it - what sort of company has to PAY people to say nice things about them?

All over the website you will see statements that they 'GUARANTEE CUSTOMER SERVICE' yet I challenge you to find exactly what this guarantee entails.

To sum up, my experience of Proppa.com was the worst online shopping encounter I've ever had, and I've been buying and selling things online for fifteen years. Utterly, utterly atrocious.

Proppa.com - They Just Love To Help!

I purchased a workshop stool for my hubbie for his birthday from Proppa.com and I must say that I had fantastic service!

I rang them to explain it was really urgent and to check whether they had any in stock. I dealt with an assistant called Wayne, who went out of his way to ensure that they had the item I required. He arranged for its immediate despatch and it arrived promptly the next day. Now this can be par for the course for most companies, but I even received a follow-up email from Wayne to see if it definitely arrived in time for my husband's birthday (which it obviously did).

I get regular emails with special offers from Proppa and they've always got a really broad range of everything you need for your motorbike, car or workshop - they even sell scooters!

Great company and I'm sure they'll soon be the first name on most people's lips when it comes to recommending a car parts website - fantastic guys, keep up the good work!
