Stay Away You Have Been Warned.
Right let’s get started.
Don’t buy a bike off this dealer new or old. They don’t care how the bike leaves the shop. They sold a second hand Aprilia ex training bike chain was well past its life if not dangerous full adjusted and able to pull it off the sprocket they wanted to remove links to fix this problem. Bike was due it’s first MOT that they did in house. Front disc worn beyond belief with a massive lip at the top of the disc should of been an instant fail.
I looked over there learner bikes and they are all the same in my opinion these bikes should not be on the road.
The attitude is terrible and they don’t care once it is sold.
I am that shocked with what I have seen I will be reporting them to all of the DVLA departments.
Please do not go here for training or sales

My bike was taken there after I broke down.I've just picked it up 5 weeks later. They never phoned me back. Told me it needed work for mot and because I lived far away I had to agree to the work. DON'T TRUST THEM. I will never use again. I don't think they've got a clue what there doing
Rubbish Bike Shop
I cannot believe the poor service and arrogance that i recieved when i bought a brand new bike from these unprofessional people recently. Avoid Wallasey Mototrcycles ( Aprilia Merseyside ) at all costs, Marriots provide better services and this is where i shall have my bike serviced from now on. the people I dealt with are master clowns.

Don't Go.here For Rider Training
I have just seen the previous review regarding the rider training with [name removed] and I couldn't agree more. He was a great trainer. He had a way of giving you confidence and [name removed] has his way of quickly removing it from you! It's such a shame that [name removed]left but he was much too good a trainer to be associated with Aprillia.
Don't waste your money going to Aprillia Rider Training. Find somewhere where the trainers appreciate your custom and know how to teach!!

Steer clear of these clowns! Purchased a brand new bike from these and had nothing but problems! The bike has been 'fixed' 5 times and now awaiting a 6th fix, all on the same part!! The bike is 12 months old and been getting it fixed for 10 months. Always chasing them for the work to be carried out, promises to ring you back and no calls from them. Complete shambles of a bike shop. If youre thinking of buying a new Aprilia, think again! 12 months old and covered in rust and engineering faults! Steer clear!!Buy Japanese, I will be next time! All the staff have this 'not bothered' attitude. Aprilia UK have the same laid back attitude and between them both you will be waiting for months for a simple repair, instead of a couple of days or weeks.
ANYONE THINKING OF BUYING AN APRILIA MOTORBIKE, PLEASE RECONSIDER!

Don't Go To Aprilia For Bike Training
First of all a massive thanks to big Liam, he as got to be the best bike trainer you could wish for. Now for the bad bit. Liam left half way through my training you could tell he wasn't happy with the way the place was run. Then Steve the owner took over. A complete and utter muppet !!! He talks to you like you have been riding for 30 years and blinded me with technical terms that went way over my head !!! To quote Liam keep the instruction plain and simple and talk in terms that the student can understand. The bikes look the business but they are impossible to ride on the slow speed part of the MOD 1 test. Liam built up my confidence on the bike with the MOD 1 then Steve undid everything that Liam had shown me THANKS STEVE !!!!
I could go on and on buy honestly keep away, and try and find out where Liam is working now. You can't miss him 8 ft tall. The BFG lol

Such A Disappointment
I've done 3 CBTs with these guys, bought numerous bits of kit including my bike which was over £3g and had all my services through them. Recently my tire needed changing so I booked in for a full service whilst i had the cash and the time. Tire got sorted. I paid up, happy days and went to work. On the way I filled the tank and drove the 8 miles to work did my shift, got on my bike and drove the 8 miles home... noticed I had no petrol. I queried this with Aprilia who said it was an oil leak, i told them there was no oil in, on or around the bike. They then said it was because the tire was flat and that causes more pull on fuel. What bothers me is... a, this wasn't an issue before the service, b, the service should have highlighted any problems and c, they'd just "sorted" the tire!? If i wanted it sorted I had to pay. Unreal! They also quoted me £135 for an ongoing 'headstock' problem (that was a first just my imagination to a full on issue) that turned out to be just the bearings and was sorted by them for a tenner.
Sean was the only saving grace of this place and since he's left it's awful. I will never go back to these guys as I'm so, so disappointed in them. I feel like they just have a good laugh at my expense everytime I go in. I don't profess to know a lot about bikes but thats why I expected them to be reliable. I feel so let down.

A Big Thanks To Sean
Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to Sean Lawrence your customer service is the best you always have the time to help me with any questions I have your always so welcoming and call when you say you will not like Mike steve and Paul Hodge I can't believe how you guys treat us customers if it wasn't for Sean my bike would still be in the shop if anyone is thinking of taking there bike to t shop don't bother. Or if you do ask for Sean he's the only guy in the shop who does anything for the customers my bike only went in for a routine service it then came back out with 6 different things. Wrong with. It screws missing pannels loose just little thing but at the end of the day I took my bike in with all screws and pannels in tact and then when I get it back stuffs missing or loose its just not on I'm sorry guys I onlystill come I because of Sean not for any other reason.

My Ruined Pan European!!
-***** I give them minus 5*, 'Terrible' doesn't even touch the sides!
After my bike was 'Fixed' I found 15 faults that my bike DIDN'T HAVE when it went in, including missing parts and M.O.T. failiures. A job that should have taken a few weeks lasted 6 weeks. It took a further 4 weeks of relentless asking for them to book my bike in to sort out THEIR mistakes. When I got to the counter, on the pre-assigned day, I was told that I would have to pay the remainder £63-ish from the original bill before they worked on my bike as they didn't trust my to pay it when the work was done!
I told them that the work has to be done and to a reasonable standard before I would pay up.
An arguement enssued and I stormed out swearing very loudly and having had my only transport ruined by them.
They cost me time off work and caused me countless hours of stress.
Service!!!!! Superficial from the start and I'm sorry I trusted them.
Ok if you have no idea about bikes and too much money in your pocket and you like people to do a bad job and ...........etc. You get the point.
