Bought a car and after 4 days the clutch went. Rang and spoke to the friendly helpful manager who offered to work with me on the costs and to get a price. After days of trying to get hold of him and him kept promising he'd arrange to get it done cheaper he agreed to let me get it done and bring the receipt over to him and he'd give me the money. I took the receipt and gave it the salesman who said they money would be transfered in my account. Another week passed and no money came so i tried ringing again. After numerous phone calls of promising the money would be in my account on each day i told the salesman i would collect it. I arrived to find the place closed and have since had no luck. The car now has an oil leak and also they did not send off the V5 so struggling to tax it. Do not trust this company they sold me a shed and lie. I would have been happier if they said they wouldn't help with the clutch. Instead they have insulted my intelligence. It's worrying no v5 has been sent off

A Year ago i Bought a Skoda Octavia Estate 2.0 ltre I found this on the website and rang Motornation LTD they were very helpful and friendly and i went down to see the car I was amazed as the review of the car that was advertised was spot on nothing was left out I was given 100% attention any questions I had were answered, car was available for inspection and all paper work was ready to hand. Motornation LTD dealt with the M.O.T and Tax forms with no hesitation again on my return was greeted with a lovely welcome and all relevant paperwork was ready.

Today I looked on the MotorNation LTD Website as my First Choice for looking for a new Car to down size in engine size and I found a lovely Suzuki Wagon 1300cc again as above on my arrival after confirmation it was still available by phone. I arrived at MotorNation LTD (Blackburn) and was greeted with a warm friendly welcome and the car was available for my inspection along with the relevant paperwork needless to say I bought my New Car and I'm one very happy lady.

I have been to many dealers in the past and many have left out major details ect.. pictures of 1 side of the car, when I arrived the other side was really bad, paperwork not there, and one Dealer after travelling 46 miles arranging with the manager himself didn't even show up at the time was arranged.
