I would suggest that buyers approach this company with great caution. My experience has been that, at the last minute, they added additional charges to the listed purchase price of a car and also tried to trick me into buying unwanted additional warranties.

Fantastic Car And Customer Service!!!
I've visited this dealership on a few occasions now, just browsing, and then recently bought a lovely BMW from them and I couldn't be happier.From reading all these negative reviews, I can confidently say that I disagree with all of them.
People moaning about cars going wrong; yes it's a used car, it will go wrong, they all do eventually!! The guys there are all extremely friendly and patient, showing me around a few different models and explaining how they would benefit (or not benefit!) the type of usage my car would have.
They aren't pushy in the slightest and are happy to show me what all the buttons do in the car itself.Definitely coming back here for my next car!
This has got to be the funniest fake review ever. Used car salesmen aren't exactly known for being the sharpest knifes but this guy wins by far. Writes a fake review and leaves his own name which he uses to sell cars on eBay under eltham4frontcarsales and is clearly a member of the team. Great work Eltham.

Absolutely No Customer Service
Appalling customer service. None. Zero. The sales rep had no ownership over his own sales and had to refer everything past the manager. There was a severe lack of communication between the sales rep and manager. I was not given a call back when promised. No negotiation on price of the car and no negotiation on some drive away petrol in the tank. The car wasn't ready when I came to collect and after previously pointing out chips and cracked windscreen, their repair was in my opinion substandard. I suggested an independent inspection but the manager gave absolutely no consideration of the same. I would not recommend the branch at 5 Ways Mottingham. There was no consideration for the amount of money I wanted to spend with them and they made the whole customer experience turn on a pin head. I went from going to collect my car to walking away within 5 minutes as they were clearly not bothered about satisfying my concerns or my sale.

I BROUGHT A CAR FROM THESE "SO-CALLED" USED CAR SPECIALISTS AND AFTER FOUR WEEKS ALL SORTS OF WARNING LIGHTS HAVE APPEARED AND THEY HAVE REFUSED TO PUT IT RIGHT DESPITE THE VERY RECENT PURCHASE, DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS CAR FRONT - THE OWNER SHOULD BE WEARING A BALACLAVA!!! AND AS FOR THE SALESMAN IF YOU COULD CALL HIM THAT... HE AINT WORTH THE CHEAP SUIT AND BRUT HE WAS WEARING! BE WARNED - STAY WELL CLEAR!

Fantastic experience, despite feeling dubious based on other peoples reviews I decided to give them a go as they had the car I wanted and I must say that overall I cant fault them.
Great selection of immaculate cars which are well presented, very friendly staff, and a great deal to top it off.
Don't be swayed by others give them a go for your self.

I bought My BMW form here 4 weeks ago and can honestly say that the overall service i received was top class. the salesman was very welcoming and accomodating towards me and my family, he knew his stuff and more importantly the car is faultless.
I would highly recommend this company and wiil certainly be back myself.

I am very fussy about customer service and would be the first to complain if things were not good.I can only speak for my own experience.
I dealt with the Haywards Heath branch. The staff were very polite and kind. Nothing was too much trouble when it came to choosing a 4x4. My wife and I had a good look around the sales front and were given the keys to a number of cars to look in.
The only proviso was not to start them up which I thought was reasonable. I am disabled so we wanted a car with easy access, comfortable seats and room for wheelchair etc. we finally settled on a Range Rover. The salesman has extensive experience of Land Rovers having worked at a Main Dealer.
The only thing wrong with the car was a misted up rear offside lamp cluster and it had 5 months MOT. Te salesman got the light cluster replaced and a new MOT was put on it. It passed with no advisories. As we were in holiday, it was about 5 weeks before we collected the car.
We were trusted to pay the balance when we said we would (about 3 weeks after putt g a deposit down). The car was absolutely immaculately prepared when we went to collect it. I am very impressed with the company and the car.
The company was a pleasure to do business with and the car is fantastic.I hope that others have a similar experience.

I recently see a mercedes advertised on the internet which was at 4front car sales, I enquired about the car on the phone and arranged a viewing and test drive .Upon arrival I was amazed at how many cars were at this garage and near enough all in order and well presented. I was greeted by the salesman who then showed me the mercedes ,the car looked amazing and was exactly what I was looking for and colour I wanted,there was no hard sell or pressure which I have found previously at other garages, and in next to no time I was driving off in my new car very happy :), a big thankyou to all the staff at 4front car sales for making the whole process so easy. That deserves 5 stars.

I brought a meriva in September as I had just had a baby and needed something with more room.
Within a week of having it, the engine developed a strange noise, which when I took it to a trusted friend, turned out to be the timing chain. I was quoted £600+ for a new one so I took it back to 4front and after much sighing and eye rolling they booked it in. I was made to feel like I was putting them out, by wanting my car to run smoothly... I didn't trust them at all after this, as I was told you can make the engines quieter (by using a thicker oil) which i feel is obviously what they had done to make the sale.
I was told my car had 2 previous owners, the log book said 4. A bare faced lie in anyone's book.
Also, it wasn't until the sale was complete that I saw the key that I was apparently meant to accept. It was falling apart and didn't even work. I complained and they eventually arranged to replace the chip and cover. This meant another trip back to them. The mobile 'key man' approached me for payment and was promptly redirected to the office.
I had to wait a week for the parcel shelf and must have heard every excuse in the book as to why this was.
Overall I would not trust this company and have since heard other bad reviews. They just want your money and for you to leave quietly.
I advise everyone I know, who is looking to buy a used car to go elsewhere.
I've just brought a new car from the ford showroom, just up the road and wish I had used this more professional company from the start.

A Great Car
I purchased a BMW X5 back in December, I thought I would have the car for a good few months before posting a honest review of the Vehicle. When I first bought the car I did have a problem with the battery it died and I'm not sure if the battery was faulty or maybe just needed a good charge but I changed it for a new one anyway just to be on the safe side. I must say apart from that the Car is a great motor, I haven't had any problems at all and I did have a new MOT only about 3 werks ago and the mechanic gave the car a full inspection and even commented on how good the condition of the car was, so my only experience with 4Front is a pretty good one and I would proberly buy another car from them if this one is anything to go by.
