I had to take this shower to the County Court.
I was sick and tired of all their marketing phone calls. You have to give your phone number when you start a policy and they use this to phone you, offering products to insure your house, dog, car, life etc.
I went to 2 local branches and completed stop forms.
Did the calls stop?
Did they heck.
I spent a couple of hours on the phone ringing their head office and then decided to issue a claim via www.moneyclaim.gov.uk
They just paid up without contesting.
Dreadful company, which is a shame as their prices are OK>
