After accepting Insurance from Swinton (28/09/2011) and collecting my policy documents, I gleefully handed them over to the Bike Dealership. I was then told that the policy should have started on 30th September & not the 1st October (My Error) The lady - Anna Marie - at Swinton could not have been more helpful. After spending prob the best part of two hours on the phone - this was done at their expense - my policy was sorted out. Due to the fact that the date had changed it worked out slightly more expensive but nervertheless sorted out in a professional, friendly manner.
So on that score I could not fault customer service.
