Absolute joke, drive you mad on the phone no knows that you have already spoken to someone. renewal quote was £150 more than Principle on comparison site and when I called they could not match so I took new Policy out via Compare The Market! Tried to cancel policy since and no pro-rata refund. changed to much cheaper vehicle and they would not refund and charged a fee even though the policy elsewhere was £150 cheaper KEEP WELL AWAY THEY ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!
