My policy was automatically renewed when I had specifically asked the previous year for it not to be, I rang to question this and waited on the phone for the best part of 30 minutes to be eventually told that everyone had gone home, so I sent an email to request a phone call after 5pm any day as I would be at work, only for someone to ring at 10am the following day, so I decided to ring again and waited on the phone for about 20 mins being told I was moving up a queue, didn’t happen so gave up and just let them renew it for a further year, the cost of these phone calls approx £10 so that made my policy even more expensive.
