Went through the process providing all my details and then posting the required documents.
All appeared fine until a couple of weeks later I get a email to say my policy is being cancelled but this is dated the same day as the email letter arrived. I called to ask why and was told the documents I sent were not sent from their post room to the Admin department in time !! Once I had explained that this was not something I could control I was told "don't worry it will be ok". This is insurance and a legal requirement and I was not convinced it would be OK. A week later and I get a letter telling me my insurance is cancelled !
Another call from me a I am told "don't worry it will be ok".
All I have now is a email saying "All is ok" and only because I asked for it. I think I am insured but to be honest I am worried I may not be.
