Very good company to deal with normally but let themselves down with my renewal this year. They wrote me a letter demanding to know within seven days why I had not informed them of an accident/claim that had been found on the records. The reason was, that it wasn't me!
I told them this (within seven minutes, never mind seven days)but did not even receive an acknowledgement, let alone an apology. This has left a bit of a sour taste and I'm not sure whether I will use them again.
