Got my new bike and sorted insurance with Devitt. Paid the deposit and a week later got a text saying ring urgently to avoid cancellation.
Got a similar email saying a notice of cancellation was in the post - no reason for it or explanation why, just notice of cancellation plain and simple.

I wasn't aware of the DVLA license check code that I had to get but maybe was in the small print somewhere on Devitt's correspondence.

I got the license code via the DVLA and phoned with it. I gave my old address because I have just moved a few weeks ago and my d/l has not been transferred to the new address just yet and was treated like a criminal.
Very rude and awful customer service. Will not be renewing with them.
