No customer service

No Customers service. Quick to take money. They will fall over their selves when buying a bike but as soon as you own the bike customer service goes out the window. If you have a problem with your bike which I had then you will go from pillar to post everybody will say yeah I'll get someone to phone you back or email but yet no one does. So when you do get hold of customer complaints they will tell you they can promise the world and will not deliver nothing at all they do not answer emails they do not answer phone calls all in all idiots lying idiots. do not trust these people at all. And if they say they will MOT your bike I will suggest that you check it out somewhere else as the MOT station they must be friends with.this is not going to be the only platform I'm going to put this stuff on I am not happy and they've messed with the wrong person I've also been to trading Standards about these people they cannot run a business like this at all.
