“The boss of the company is a bully”

★☆☆☆☆

written by ReneeStokes on 08/06/2018

Bike turned up early which the driver insisted that was the correct time even though it was agreed that the bike was to be delivered between agreed times..
When I checked over bike it was not in a fair condition bits re-sprayed and tag information missing for a £4100..
Then I spoke to the boss his answer was I have to purchase bike no matter what he was using a bully technic to get me to purchase it which I then replied call the police then.
Shortly after that conversation eneded.!
Then I received a call from there trouble shooter which he then turned it around to say I'm at fault and his boss would not do that.
I payed Over the recommended deposit which i have now Lost.!
Buy bikes of them at your own risk

I've never bought a bike from them but looked at the possibility of working for them. They haven't a clue. One minute they were confirming receiving my CV the next it had never arrived. Then when I emailed them my feeling on the matter the boss said no CV had arrived, I questioned how I had discussed it with a member of staff who had confirmed it and was then told oh yes it was in junk. The standard of communication was appalling, only ringing to tell me I was desperate for a job or had too much time on my hands. The grammar and punctuation was such that a 10 year old would have been embarrassed.
